Terapka

A few taps a day is all it takes to start understanding your emotions. Terapka is a private mood journal that works offline and encrypts every entry before saving it to your phone. HOW IT WORKS Open the app. Slide to your mood (1-10). Tag what you feel: calm, joy, gratitude, tiredness, anxiety, sadness, energy, reflection. Write as much or as little as you want - or nothing at all. Record a voice note, attach a photo. Close it. 30 seconds and your day is logged. MOOD HISTORY One entry doesn't say much. But after a week, a month - you have a real record. You see how your mood looked, which emotions kept coming back. No need to remember "how did I feel last week" - it's all written down. THERAPIST REPORTS Instead of recalling from memory, generate a PDF report from your journal entries. Pick dates, add a comment, send by email. Your therapist gets a clear picture - you decide what to share. No automatic transfers, no shared accounts. THERAPY TASKS Keep forgetting what you were supposed to work on between sessions? Save the task with a deadline. Terapka shows what's waiting, what's overdue, what's done. Simpler than sticky notes on the fridge. PRIVACY This is a journal of your thoughts. We take that seriously: - End-to-end encryption on every entry (AES-256) - Fingerprint, Face ID, or PIN lock - No ads, no tracking, no content analysis - Data on your phone - cloud only if you want - Export or delete everything at any time - No data selling - ever, to anyone WHAT'S INSIDE - Mood journal with 1-10 rating and emotion tags - Voice notes - record a thought instead of typing - Photos attached to entries - PDF reports to send to your therapist - Therapy tasks with deadlines and reminders - Therapy session schedule - Daily streak - build a reflection habit WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET Terapka works fully offline. No account needed, no login, no connection required. Cross-device sync is optional and also encrypted. WHO IS IT FOR For people in therapy who want a daily record for themselves and their therapist. For anyone who needs a private space for reflection - without having to write essays. Rate your day, tag your emotions, move on. Terapka is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. --- Contact: [email protected] Privacy: https://terapka.pl/privacy Terms: https://terapka.pl/terms
