A Terah proporciona-lhe uma a gestão da toma da sua medicação simplesmente através da leitura do código do medicamente, de uma forma totalmente automática suportado por um elevado rigor científico. Através da simples leitura do código de barras da embalagem ou mesmo através da introdução manual, é-lhe fornecida informação sobre o medicamento, recomendações farmacológicas sobre como tomar, a posologia indicada e os alarmes já pré-definidos de acordo com a informação cientifica mais rigorosa, para nunca mais se esquecer de tomar os seus medicamentos. Em casos mais específicos e complexos, como tomas semanais ou mesmo para as tomas de contraceptivos, a aplicação já pré-define esses momentos de pausa, dando-lhe total comodidade de uma gestão automática. A Terah foi desenvolvida por profissionais de saúde com o objetivo de lhe proporcionar um auxilio na gestão dos medicamentos e permitir detectar automaticamente situações potencialmente perigosas. Assim, ao adicionar um medicamento, caso exista uma sobreposição e interação com os medicamentos que já está a tomar, esta irá avisá-lo. Além disso, permite introduzir os seus parâmetros bioquímicos, tais como peso, tensão arterial e triglicerídeos e ver a sua evolução ao longo do tempo.
