TeamLogger Kiosk

Turn a dedicated Android phone or tablet into a TeamLogger attendance kiosk for your workplace entrance or exit. TeamLogger Kiosk identifies assigned employees on the device after they tap Check-in or Check-out. Always ask is the default. Administrators can also choose Check-in only or Check-out only for a dedicated entrance or exit. Every mode waits for a button tap before starting the camera. After recording or a failed attempt, the camera stops and the clock returns. Features include: - On-device face identification and passive-liveness checks - Guided enrollment of existing TeamLogger users by an authorized operator - Front or back camera selection, with the chosen camera remembered - Encrypted local attendance storage during temporary internet interruptions - Automatic upload when the connection returns - Employee and team rosters that can be assigned to more than one kiosk - Enrollment invalidation from the TeamLogger web dashboard - Attendance reports that can combine TeamLogger Kiosk, ZKTeco, and ESSL data Camera images are processed on the kiosk and are not saved or uploaded as photos or video. Face setup creates a digital representation of your facial features, called a face template. It is sent to TeamLogger over an encrypted connection for use on compatible kiosks assigned by the organization. The app keeps unresolved attendance records in encrypted local storage until the server accepts or resolves them. An active TeamLogger organization is required. Initial activation needs internet access, a kiosk reference, and the special Kiosk admin key. Face enrollment needs approval from an EMPLOYER, ADMIN, or a user who has been given biometric-enrollment permission. The Android device, wall mount, power, and connectivity are supplied by the organization. Employees who cannot or do not use facial attendance should ask their organization for its available non-biometric attendance process.
