Full description

Keep your service work organised with Tamam Vendor, the workspace for Tamam providers and their authorised teams in the United Arab Emirates. Review booking requests and order details, follow upcoming and past work, manage availability and your calendar, and prepare options or quotations for supported service requests. Receive booking notifications and keep customers informed with order updates. For an eligible booking, you can explicitly start journey sharing so the customer can follow your arrival. During an active journey, location sharing can continue when you leave the app, with an Android foreground-service notification. Sharing is tied to the booking and can be stopped; it is not intended for always-on employee tracking. Healthcare providers may receive the request information needed to arrange and fulfil services, including submitted prescriptions and booking notes. Clinical care, sample processing and results remain the responsibility of independent licensed providers outside Tamam. Manage your account, language and privacy from Settings.
