Al Sayar Fleet

Al Sayar Fleet is for authorized company staff managing equipment, cars and pickups. Sign in with a company-issued email and password. Accounts are arranged by the company; public self-registration is not available. An internet connection is required. The mobile app connects to the same live fleet backend as the company's web application. Records you save become part of the company's operational history. FLEET WORK • Find assets by model and plate and view their assigned project, meter readings and recorded status. • Record fuel, view fuel history and reports, and log maintenance work. • Report issues and attach relevant photos and comments. • Complete equipment inspections using checklists. • Record registration renewals where your role permits. • Browse projects and open their assigned assets. ACCESS BY ROLE Administrators manage the fleet, projects, checklists and operational records. Machinery mechanics work with equipment; car mechanics work with cars and small pickups. A viewer role provides read-only access. Permissions and asset scopes are enforced by the server. Cars and small 1.5-ton pickups use fuel, maintenance, issue and renewal workflows, not inspections or checklists. Available screens and actions depend on your assigned role. LANGUAGE AND ACCOUNT Choose English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi or Tagalog. Company accounts may require a password change before access is granted. Company operational records, photos and audit history are retained for company purposes; personal information within record content may remain.
