SyzUp

SyzUp — Lift. Forever. Anyway. Your strength matters. Train. Prove it. Climb. SyzUp is a strength-training app built around one simple idea: your results should be proven, not typed in. WORKOUT LOG THAT HANDLES THE WHOLE SESSION Build your own training plan or import one from a PDF. Track every set, weight and rep as you train. Use the exercise library, calculate your 1RM and training volume, and let SyzUp time your rest between sets. Set your preferred training time and SyzUp will remind you when it's time to train. ARENA — RECORDS PROTECTED BY VIDEO Set a record in six disciplines: Bench Press · Squat · Deadlift · Pull-Ups · Dips · Push-Ups Every record submission comes with a video and goes through moderation. That means the rankings are built around verified performances, not self-declared numbers. And when you see someone's result, you can watch the video behind it. A JOURNEY THAT COSTS SOMETHING Train consistently. Earn XP, level up and climb through nine ranks — from The Exile to Ascended. Disappear for two weeks and your rank can drop. Going on vacation or dealing with an injury? Register a break and your progress is protected. Follow the Sisyphus Map through stages, challenges and milestones. PEOPLE, NOT JUST NUMBERS Follow other lifters. Watch their records on your feed. Compare profiles head-to-head and compete in monthly team seasons. Training with a coach? Connect your accounts and receive training plans directly in the app. No engagement tricks. No endless algorithmic feed. Just lifters, progress and iron.
