Chatting With the Assistant After loading a model, EdgeMind greets you with a friendly chat interface where you can type or speak questions, see response speed, and get clear answers—whether it’s “Give me a fitness plan for the week,” “What is my average sleep in the last 7 days?,” “Help me stay motivated,” or “Was my heart rate normal yesterday?” Personalised Health Answers EdgeMind personalizes its responses by combining your health data with AI, so when you ask about sleep, steps, heart rate, or fitness goals, the answers are based on your actual numbers instead of generic estimates.
