Hive Log: Beekeeping Tracker

Hive Log: Beekeeping Tracker is a beekeeping log for hive inspections, queen history, mite counts and honey harvests. Keep an apiary record on your phone, revisit what you observed at the last inspection and export your entered records as CSV. The interface is in English. Hive names, locations and notes are your own text. KEEP A RECORD FOR EACH HIVE Create a hive record and identify the apiary it belongs to. Use names that make sense in your own yard so the notes stay connected to the right colony. Add queen information when you know it, including the year or mark colour. The colour convention helps organize an entered record; it does not identify a queen or verify her age for you. WRITE DOWN THE INSPECTION Record the date and the observations you made. The inspection fields give you room for queen presence, eggs, brood, stores, temperament and supers, along with actions and notes. Fill in the details you actually checked instead of treating a blank field as a finding. Returning to a hive's history helps you recall what you saw and what you chose to do on earlier visits. MITE COUNTS AS OBSERVATIONS Keep the counts you measured beside the inspection record. Compare your own dated observations over time without converting a log into a treatment recommendation. The app does not judge whether a count is safe, select a product, calculate a dose or diagnose a colony. Follow appropriate local guidance and product labels for the decisions you make in the apiary. QUEEN HISTORY IN CONTEXT Maintain queen details as part of the hive's ongoing record. Keep notes on changes and events rather than relying on memory across a season. The record contains what you enter, not information from a sensor or a remote monitoring service. PLAN THE NEXT CHECK Choose an inspection interval and use the latest recorded inspection to see when the next check is due. Local reminders can help you return to that plan when notification permission and device settings allow them. An interval is your planning choice; the app does not prescribe how often a colony must be inspected or determine whether conditions require an earlier visit. LOG THE HONEY HARVEST Save harvest dates, weights, frames and notes with the relevant hive. Season totals and descriptive charts summarize the harvest records you have entered. Choose the units and hemisphere settings appropriate to your record keeping. These views help you look back at a season; they do not forecast yield, measure honey automatically or explain why one colony produced more than another. A RECORD YOU CAN TAKE WITH YOU Export your entered beekeeping data as CSV for your own reference or further work in a spreadsheet. Check names, units and notes before sharing a file. An export is a copy of your records, not a certified inspection report or proof of regulatory compliance. Keep any original records and documents required by your own circumstances. USE IT BETWEEN APIARY VISITS Before opening a hive, review the last recorded inspection and the notes you wanted to remember. After the visit, add the observations and actions while they are fresh. Over time, the same history brings inspections, queen information and harvest records together without promising a diagnosis from the pattern. LOCAL, MANUAL RECORD KEEPING Core hive records are stored on your device and can be used offline. There is no hive-sensor connection, automatic GPS monitoring or cloud inspection feed. File sharing is an action you choose. Other app services, including purchases and updates, have their own connection and data requirements; consult the privacy policy for details. A RECORD BOOK, NOT TREATMENT ADVICE This app does not provide veterinary, agricultural or treatment advice. It records what you observed and what you did. It never recommends a product, dose or treatment schedule and does not diagnose anything.
