Full description
Wedding Group Photo Planner helps photographers prepare a wedding group photo run card and call each setup in order. Organize anonymous roles, set priorities and keep the next group visible during formal portraits. The operational interface and PDF labels are in English. PLAN THE GROUPS BEFORE THE SESSION Create an event with an opaque reference code and enter the groups you want to photograph. Use role labels that make sense for the event, such as couple, parents or siblings, without needing a guest contact list. Each group contains the roles that should be present for that setup. The app does not take photographs or identify the people in an image. SET PRIORITIES AND PLANNED MINUTES Give groups the priority that matches your agreement with the couple or organizer. Add a target duration when planning the session. A target is an estimate you supply, not an automatically measured time or a promise that a group will be ready. Keep accessibility, availability and the event's practical constraints in your own planning decisions. REVIEW AN ORDER WITH FEWER ROLE CHANGES The suggested sequence considers the roles shared between neighboring groups while respecting the priority bands you set. Review the proposed order and move groups manually when the real situation calls for it. The app can organize the labels you enter, but it cannot know which guest has stepped away or whether a particular arrangement is right for the people involved. KEEP THE CURRENT AND NEXT GROUP CLEAR Use the live run card to see the setup you are calling and what comes next. Mark progress as you work through the planned groups. This gives you a shared reference for the order without turning the session into a contact-management task. The card records your progress through the plan; it does not verify that a photograph was taken or that everyone appeared in it. KEEP THE SCALE PRACTICAL A run can contain up to 60 groups, with up to 12 role labels in a group. Use recognizable, concise labels so a card is easy to call aloud. If several setups share the same people, check the differences carefully before the session. Priorities and manual order remain yours to adjust rather than treating the suggested sequence as an artistic instruction. PRINT OR SHARE THE RUN CARD Generate a PDF snapshot of the ordered groups, priorities, planned minutes and recorded completion status. Print the selected document or share it through a destination you choose. The exported PDF is a snapshot: later changes to the local event do not silently update a copy that you already sent. Confirm which version you want an assistant or organizer to use. REUSE A USEFUL STARTING POINT Local history and templates help you begin from an arrangement you have already prepared. Review the people, roles, priorities and timing for the new event rather than assuming the earlier plan still fits. A wedding-family grouping, a portrait session and another formal event may need different labels and priorities even when the basic calling workflow is similar. UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE AND PRIVACY BOUNDARY Welcome and purchase screens may be localized, while the working controls and generated PDF labels are English. Group labels and role text remain as you enter them. Use anonymous roles when names are unnecessary. Local records require no guest account or team invitation; choosing to share a file sends that copy through your selected channel. Purchase processing and app updates are separate service interactions. Designed for working photographers who want a clear sequence for formal group portraits. It is a planning and calling tool, not a camera, photo editor, pose library, face-recognition system or client CRM. It does not collect guest contacts, measure actual portrait duration or promise that a suggested order is the fastest possible at an event. Your judgment, communication with the people present and the needs of the session remain central.
