Suregifts POS App

The SureGifts POS App is a mobile application that simplifies the process of redeeming and activating SureGifts voucher codes for merchants. It offers features such as checking voucher balance and transaction history, making it easier for both the merchants and customers to use. The app is available for free download, and each merchant is assigned a profile. Just like the traditional mobile POS systems, the SureGifts POS app runs on mobile data and is connected via Bluetooth technology. To redeem a voucher, merchants enter the voucher code, phone number, and value of the voucher, and then click on the "Redeem Voucher" button. They can also use the upcoming feature of scanning the bar code. To activate a voucher, merchants enter the serial number on the back of the SureGifts card, as well as the amount on the card, and then click on the "Activate Voucher" button. To check the voucher balance, merchants enter the voucher code of the customer and click on the "Check Balance" button to verify the amount left on the voucher. The transaction history feature allows merchants to view the vouchers redeemed and activated on a weekly or monthly basis, which can also be printed out via the thermal printer attached to the phone through Bluetooth.
