ShareCare - Childcare Swaps Live

ShareCare makes school-holiday and general childcare easier to organise with the parents you trust. Create or join a private parent circle, coordinate care requests, and share childcare days with your group. Whether you need help for an afternoon or can host a group of children, ShareCare helps families plan together while keeping everyone informed. With ShareCare, you can: • Create a trusted parent group or join using an invite code • Request childcare for specific dates and select the children who need care • Offer to host a care session for other families • Browse school-holiday availability in a shared calendar • Claim places for your children and manage bookings • Track shared care credits and activity • Confirm children attending a session • Record attendance and absence • Share updates in private care-session conversations • View emergency contacts and important child information when authorised • Manage child profiles, dietary needs, medical notes, and emergency contacts • Keep general group conversations separate from private care-session updates ShareCare is designed for parent and guardian-led circles who already know and trust one another. It helps your group coordinate shared care, communicate clearly, and keep important information organised in one place. Care comes around. Share it with your circle.
