Maintenance Manager is the field companion for property maintenance teams. Work orders, job photos, and subtasks, built for one hand and a phone on the job. Part of the SquareKeeper suite. Your organization sets up your account; you sign in and get straight to work. Your day, one tap in. See the work assigned to you in My Day, open any job, and update it as you go: status, priority, category, subtasks, and comments your office sees in real time. Before-and-after photos on every job. Capture photos right from the work order. Everything works offline, so photos queue on a no-signal site and upload the moment you are back in range. Log new work in seconds. Create a work order on the spot, assign it, and set a due date. Requests submitted by tenants flow straight into your queue. Clock in from the field. Geofenced clock in and out keeps time records tied to the job site. Built to read in the field.
