Smart Maintenance Task Manager (SM-TM) is a CMMS - a computerized maintenance management system - built for the factory floor. This is the mobile app for technicians and maintenance engineers. Managers plan and review preventive maintenance from a web dashboard; the team executes the work on a phone or tablet, online or off. No bypass, no shortcut. OFFLINE-FIRST SYNC Dead zones are normal in a plant, so offline isn't a fallback here - it's the default. Tasks, checklists, documents, and photos live on the device.
