Somarae

AI Somatic Nervous System Care Find calm, clarity, and connection — in just a few minutes. Somarae is an AI-powered somatic wellness app designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with your body. Meet Soma, your emotionally intelligent AI guide, available whenever life gets activating. HOW IT WORKS When you're stressed, overwhelmed, or just off — open Somarae. Soma meets you where you are, guides you through a short body-based practice (most take 1–5 minutes), and helps you return to your day feeling grounded and clear. SOMATIC PRACTICES THAT ACTUALLY WORK Somarae draws on evidence-backed somatic techniques to help you complete your stress cycle: • Breathwork for immediate nervous system downregulation • Grounding exercises to bring you back into your body • Tapping (EFT) to release stored emotional tension • Movement and vocal toning to discharge activation • Body scan and progressive relaxation PERSONALIZED TO YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM Somarae begins by identifying your stress archetype — Warrior (fight), Runner (flight), Protector (freeze), or Harmonizer (fawn). Your sessions, recommendations, and insights are tailored to how your nervous system uniquely responds to stress. CYCLE-AWARE WELLNESS Track how your menstrual cycle affects your nervous system. Somarae helps you understand your body's rhythms and adapts your practice recommendations to each phase — so you can work with your biology, not against it. EVERYTHING INCLUDED • Unlimited AI-guided somatic sessions with Soma • Nervous system insights and progress tracking • Cycle-aware wellness recommendations • Somatic journal to track patterns over time • Daily regulation practices • Learn library: science-backed articles on nervous system health • Community access and live events BUILT FOR IN-THE-MOMENT SUPPORT Soma is not therapy — it's your daily regulation companion. Think of it as the small, consistent micro-practice habit that supports your healing between therapy sessions, during a hard day at work, or in the middle of a 3am spiral. YOUR PRIVACY IS PROTECTED — All your data is encrypted and never sold or shared" is in tension with the fact that you do transmit session data to ElevenLabs and Gemini for processing, which your own privacy policy documents. A reviewer cross-referencing the description against the privacy policy could read "never... shared" as contradicting section 6. I'd soften it to something like "Your data is encrypted and never sold — see our Privacy Policy for how trusted processors power your sessions.
