SnappingTrail Collect

SnappingTrail Collect is a professional field survey tool for teams that conduct research away from the desk. Interviewers sign in with their company code, download active surveys to their device, and collect responses — with or without internet. MADE FOR FIELD WORK Surveys and questions are cached locally when you have connectivity, so you can keep collecting responses even in areas with no signal. Draft answers are saved automatically as you type. When you're back online, send collected interviews to the server with a single tap. HOW IT WORKS 1. Enter your company code (provided by your organization) to connect to your team's surveys. 2. Sign in with your credentials. 3. Pick a project and an active survey. 4. Conduct interviews online or offline. 5. Send collected responses when you have connectivity. BUILT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE - Multi-tenant: each organization sees only its own surveys. - Multi-language: the app language follows your organization's setting (English, Portuguese, Spanish, French). - Multiple question types: single choice, multiple choice, open text, rating scales, NPS. - Progress preserved: interrupted interviews resume where you left off. - Per-interviewer submission: each collector manages and sends their own work. FOR ORGANIZATIONS SnappingTrail Collect is the mobile companion to the SnappingTrail research platform. Surveys are designed and managed on the web; field teams collect on Android. Results flow back to the platform for analysis. PRIVACY AND SECURITY - No ads, no third-party trackers. - All communication with servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). - Credentials on the device are encrypted at rest. - The app does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photos. Get started by asking your organization for your company code. If your organization does not yet use SnappingTrail, contact us at [email protected].
