Snapora is a studio management app for photography and videography businesses, event teams, and the freelancers who work with them. It keeps your leads, orders, crew and payments in one place, so every event is staffed on time and every payment is accounted for. FOR STUDIOS AND EVENT BUSINESSES • Leads – Save every enquiry with the client's details, event type, dates and budget. Turn a lead into an order when the client confirms. • Orders – Plan single-day and multi-day events. Add each function with its date, time, venue and the crew it needs. • Crew – Assign freelancers, employees or yourself to each function. Choose people from your quick list or your contacts, or simply type a phone number. See at a glance which functions are fully staffed. • Calendar – See all the events of the month in one view. • Invoices – Create the invoice for an order and share it as a PDF. • Payments – Record advances and payments from clients, what you pay your crew, and your other income and expenses. Always know what has been received and what is still due. • Reports – Follow your orders, earnings, received and pending amounts for any period. FOR FREELANCERS • Get a notification when a studio assigns you to an event. • Accept or decline, and see the date, time, venue, your role and who else is on the crew. • Keep track of what each studio has paid you and what is still pending. ONE ACCOUNT, TWO ROLES Run your own studio and freelance for others from the same account. Switch between Business and Freelancer mode whenever you like. SIMPLE AND PRIVATE • Sign in with your mobile number. There is no password to remember. • Your contact list stays on your phone.
