SmartTix is a field-first ticket management app built for utility locators and damage prevention teams. Look up dig tickets, update status, capture evidence, and plan your route — with or without a signal. Built for the field Locators work outdoors, in vehicles, and on job sites where connectivity is unreliable. SmartTix is designed for that reality: large touch targets that work with gloves, high-contrast screens readable in direct sunlight, and layouts that adapt from phone to tablet without hiding what matters. Offline-first by design Your tickets stay available when the network does not. View assignments, review ticket details, and record your work offline. Changes are queued locally and sync automatically when connectivity returns, so a dead zone never costs you a day of work.
