SmartAgent helps mobile money agents in Ghana simplify supported USSD workflows, manage transactions, and keep organized business records. Access supported MTN, Telecel, and AT services. Availability depends on your network, account, and enabled features. TRANSACTIONS AND USSD • Start supported Cash In, Cash Out, Pay To, airtime, and EVD workflows. • Set separate SIM preferences for mobile money and airtime services. • Get phone number suggestions from transaction history. • Detect suggested customer networks with manual correction. • Look up customer names where supported. • Create custom USSD workflows and import available templates. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT • Search transactions, filter by date, and browse collapsible daily groups. • Track transaction statuses and review uncertain results. • Create and share receipts. • Monitor recorded cash and MoMo-float balances. • Reconcile shifts and compare expected and actual closing balances. • Track commissions, expenses, profit, and customer debts. • View statistics and export supported business reports. • Keep reversal follow-up records. BACKUP AND SYNCHRONISATION Use supported local tools offline and synchronize records when connected. View sync status, pending records, and failures in the Synchronisation Centre, with retry options. Enable optional automatic synchronization in Settings. SAFETY AND SUPPORT Report suspected fraud with supporting evidence and receive warnings for administrator-verified watchlisted numbers. Access security activity, support tickets, the knowledge base, service notices, and push notifications. Fraud warnings are advisory and cannot identify every suspicious transaction. SMS AND ACCOUNT VERIFICATION SmartAgent sends verification codes through its server’s SMS provider for supported account verification and recovery processes. With your approval through Android’s SMS consent prompt, SmartAgent can retrieve a verification message to help fill the code. Manual entry remains available. You can submit a supported transaction-confirmation message for matching against pending records. Unclear or unmatched messages require review. SmartAgent does not request permission to read your entire SMS inbox or send SMS from your phone. ANDROID ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE SmartAgent uses Android’s AccessibilityService API to assist with USSD workflows that you explicitly start. When enabled, the service reads supported phone/USSD menu content, identifies prompts, enters the non-sensitive details you provided, and selects corresponding menu actions. This reduces repetitive typing and menu navigation. Automation pauses at recognized PIN, OTP, password, or sensitive confirmation prompts so you can complete those steps yourself. The service is not used to collect or automatically enter your MoMo PIN. Accessibility access is optional and requires your consent. You can disable it in Android Settings at any time. SmartAgent is a business productivity app, not a dedicated disability-accessibility tool. PERMISSIONS • Phone and SIM access supports USSD dialling and SIM selection. • Notification permission enables supported alerts and reminders. • Optional biometric authentication uses your device’s authentication system. • You choose evidence attachments through the available picker. ACCOUNT AND CONNECTIVITY An account is required for connected features. Applicable subscription requirements and plans are displayed in the app. Selected local tools work offline. Sign-in, payments, cloud services, and other online features require internet connectivity. USSD requires a compatible SIM and mobile network service. SmartAgent is an independent productivity tool, not a bank or mobile network operator. Transactions are processed by the relevant provider. Always confirm the provider’s result before treating a payment as complete. Recorded balances are business records, not live bank or wallet balances.
