SJAI Job Hub: Building Jobs

SJAI Job Hub keeps every building job in one place: enquiries, photos, your site team, your customers, extras and payments. It runs on the phone you already carry, and nothing's scattered across WhatsApp, texts and notebooks. Made for small builders and trades doing extensions, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, repairs and maintenance. Made by a working UK building firm. FROM ENQUIRY TO FINISHED JOB • Log enquiries, book site visits into Google Calendar and keep site photos and notes before a job is won • Turn a won enquiry into a job in one tap • One home screen for every live job: client details, agreed price, scope and what needs your attention • Complete and archive a job when it's done, with any open payments or extras flagged first PHOTOS AND PAPERWORK • Site photos upload straight from the camera and retry by themselves when signal is poor • Every photo is stamped with the upload time, and the original is kept untouched • Quotes, reports, PDFs and documents filed against the job, viewable on your phone YOUR SITE TEAM • Each worker gets one link that opens only the jobs they're on. No app or password needed • A site-team conversation for each job, plus a private thread with each worker • Workers post photos and request materials, with who ordered what, from where • Take someone off a job and it disappears from their link YOUR CUSTOMERS • Each customer gets their own link: progress photos, documents you choose to share, extras to agree and payment requests • A direct conversation with you, kept separate from the site team • No password or app needed EXTRAS AND PAYMENTS • Extras priced and agreed against the specific item, so nothing gets lost in a text thread • Payment requests by WhatsApp or email, with a running balance. You check your bank and mark each payment received yourself • A to-do list and notes for each job PLANS • Sign up in the app and get 14 days of Pro free, with no card needed • Free: 1 active job and up to 3 workers, for as long as you like • Pro: unlimited active jobs, up to 10 workers and a supervisor link. Upgrade in the app with Google Play, monthly or yearly, and cancel any time in Google Play Workers and customers don't need an account. They open the link their builder sends them. SJAI Job Hub is made by SJ Developments North West Ltd, trading as SJAI, a construction company in Liverpool.
