Full description
Simple Baby Growth Tracker helps parents follow two sides of their baby's first two years: physical growth against the World Health Organization (WHO) Child Growth Standards, and developmental milestones from the CDC's Learn the Signs. Act Early. program. When a check-up comes around, it turns both into a printable PDF report you can bring along. Set up your baby's profile once, then record weight, height/length, and head circumference whenever you have new measurements. The app plots each measurement on the official WHO percentile curves (3rd, 50th and 97th) so you can see your baby's growth trend at a glance. Alongside that, tick off developmental milestones as you notice them and keep a record of when each one first happened. GROWTH TRACKING • Create a baby profile with name, date of birth and sex • Record weight (kg), height/length (cm) and head circumference (cm) • Age is calculated automatically for every entry, down to the day • See three clear growth charts, each color-coded: - Blue — weight for age - Green — height/length for age - Orange — head circumference for age • Your measurements are overlaid on WHO growth bands so you can compare instantly • Each chart shows your latest measurement beside the typical value for the month ahead • Read exact numbers month by month in the table view, with the date your baby reaches each age and the WHO median and healthy range next to your own readings • Browse a full history timeline of every entry • Edit or delete any past record DEVELOPMENTAL MILESTONES • Milestone checklists for the ages the CDC publishes: 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 24 months • Grouped the way the CDC groups them — social/emotional, language/communication, cognitive, and movement/physical • Mark a milestone as observed and record the day you first saw it • See how old your baby was on that day, to the day • Each checkpoint falls due on your baby's own date, counted from their birthday • See what's coming at the next checkpoint before you get there • Review everything you've noticed in a milestone history Milestones are shown for developmental monitoring. They are not a screening test: nothing is scored, ranked or compared to other babies, and "not yet observed" simply means you haven't recorded it yet. PEDIATRICIAN REPORT • Turn everything you have recorded into a printable PDF to take to a check-up • Choose the period it covers: all history, the last 3 or 6 months, or your own dates • See exactly what will be included before you create it • The report holds your baby's details, latest measurements, the same growth charts you see in the app, a month-by-month measurement table, and the milestones you have marked as observed • Share it, print it, or open it using the apps already on your phone • Created entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded, and no new permissions are needed PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything is stored only on your device • No account, no sign-up, no internet permission • No ads, no analytics, no data sharing • Reports are made on your phone; only you decide whether to share one WHO curves are shown separately for boys and girls, because growth standards differ by sex. Developmental milestones are based on resources from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Learn the Signs. Act Early. The CDC describes them as things most children (75% or more) can do by a certain age. IMPORTANT This app is for personal tracking and education only. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, or a formal developmental screening tool, and it is not a substitute for standardized, validated developmental screening. Children develop at different rates. Always consult your pediatrician about your child's growth, development and health.

What's new

• New: create a pediatrician report as a PDF to take to your next check-up • Choose what it covers — all history, the last 3 or 6 months, or your own date range • Includes your baby's details, latest measurements, growth charts, a measurement table and the developmental milestones you have marked as observed • Share, print or open the report with the apps already on your phone • Made entirely on your device: nothing is uploaded and no new permissions are needed
