TECHFIX is a field service management application designed to help organizations manage technicians, attendance, and daily operations in a structured and reliable way. The app allows administrators and field staff to coordinate work activities and monitor service tasks from a single platform. The application provides secure login access for authorized users. Each user sees features based on their assigned role. Main Features Technician Management Administrators can create and manage technician accounts and monitor activity from the dashboard. Attendance Management Technicians can mark attendance and work status. The system records time and location to verify field presence. Location Monitoring The app uses device location while the app is in use to support attendance verification and operational coordination. Work and Task Tracking Teams can manage service tasks and follow updates in real time. Inventory and Parts Handling Track spare parts and materials used during service operations. Courier and Order Handling Manage movement of items and view order history. Role Based Access Different permissions are provided for administrators and technicians to ensure secure usage. Security and Privacy The application uses secure authentication and encrypted communication. Data is accessed only by authorized personnel according to their role.
