WHO IT IS FOR The secretary or president who keeps the group's register, and every member who wants to see her own savings without waiting for the book to come round. One phone is enough for the whole group — the record-keeper enters, everyone else can look. WORKS OFFLINE No internet needed to record anything. Every entry is saved on your phone first — perfect for areas with weak or no network. SHARED WITH YOUR GROUP Link your phone number and the whole group sees the same register on their own phones, updated whenever there is signal. Your records are also backed up safely, so a lost or broken phone doesn't mean a lost register. It is the developer's own layout, not an official form issued by any department. Share it on WhatsApp or print it for the file, so going digital does not mean losing the paperwork anyone still asks for.
