Full description

FLUX puts your entire field day in one app: where to go, what to do there, and proof it was done. YOUR VISITS • Daily visit plan with route, assigned stores and time windows • Visit objectives shown up front — you know what the visit is for before you walk in • GPS-validated check-in and check-out, with automatic duration tracking • Unplanned visits added on the spot when the day changes • Full visit history per store — see what you found last time before you start • Rescheduling and reason codes when a visit can’t happen YOUR TASKS • Every task assigned to you, grouped by store and priority • Clear task types: shelf audit, price check, POSM placement, stock count, promo verification, competitor check • Step-by-step completion with required evidence — nothing marked done without proof • Photo tasks with on-screen framing guidance for consistent captures • Ad-hoc tasks pushed by your manager mid-day, delivered instantly • Deadlines and overdue alerts so nothing slips • Task completion rate visible to you in real time BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Full offline mode — collect everything without signal, sync happens automatically • Automatic image recognition: share of shelf, out-of-stock and planogram compliance calculated from your photos • Built-in AI assistant for procedures, planograms and store history • In-app training materials tied to the tasks you’re assigned • Personal performance dashboard against your targets WHO IT’S FOR Field reps, merchandisers, retail auditors, sales forces and field coordinators in FMCG, pharma, telecom and utilities — and the managers who need to know what happened in store today, not next week. WHY FLUX A visit is only worth what gets recorded. FLUX makes task completion the backbone of every visit: evidence is captured and validated as the rep works, so corrections can be requested while they’re still in the aisle.
