GymSet+ Live

GymSet+ is an enterprise wellness tool — training software that gyms and businesses provide to their members and staff as a genuine perk, not a paid subscription. Behind it is the SetSmith Adaptive Engine: a deterministic, rule-based programming system, not an AI guessing at what sounds plausible. Every exclusion is respected every time. Every session is remembered. The same inputs always produce the same, explainable output — not a different answer each time you ask. WHAT IT DOES • Builds full training sessions across multiple formats — strength, fat loss, muscle building, HIIT and more • Adapts around the equipment available, injury history, and training focus, not a generic template • Shows the real reason behind every exercise it picks — never a black box • Tracks weekly muscle-group volume and flags overtraining, imbalance, and fatigue before they become a problem • Full program builder, exercise library, session history, and calendar in one place • Bodyweight-only option, so training never depends on reaching a gym HOW IT WORKS GymSet+ isn't available to set up from within the app itself — there's no self-serve signup, and no account is usable without a valid partner code. If you're a member or member of staff: your gym or employer provides the code. Enter it once, and GymSet+ unlocks whatever they've made available — free generations with a direct link to book a session with your PT, or full, unrestricted access to the engine, at no cost to you. Not sure if yours offers it yet? Ask them directly. If you're a gym, studio, or business wanting to offer GymSet+ to your members or staff: get in touch via setsmithsoftware.co.uk to arrange your partner code. Built by SetSmith Software, the team behind the Pocket PT, PT Pro, and PT Team training platforms already trusted by independent PTs and studios. GymSet+ runs on the same engine, packaged as a business-provided perk rather than a personal subscription.
