Selflock

Selflock helps you take back control over the content and apps that are causing you problems: pornography, gambling, social media, or any app or site you choose to restrict yourself. HOW IT WORKS • App and content blocking through an accessibility service that detects, entirely on your device, when you open an app or site you've chosen to block. • DNS filtering to block access to adult and gambling sites, via a local VPN that only redirects DNS queries to secure resolvers (AdGuard Family, ControlD) — your regular browsing traffic is never intercepted or slowed down. • Add your own apps or sites to block (premium feature). A COMMITMENT THAT HOLDS Once your protection is active, turning it off takes an extra step — so you don't give in to a passing urge. You always stay in control: a free waiting period or an instant (paid) unlock are both available directly in the app. COMMUNITY Join anonymous chat rooms to connect with others facing the same challenges. YOUR PACE, YOUR PROGRESS Track your progress and unlock milestones over time. YOUR PRIVACY, RESPECTED Almost everything Selflock does happens directly on your phone. The only exception is DNS protection, which sends the domain names you visit to secure resolvers, solely to check whether the site should be blocked — this data is never sold or used for advertising. Selflock is not a substitute for medical or psychological support. It's a self-discipline tool designed to help you stick to your own goals.
