It is built for companies that install and service equipment at the customer's premises: security, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, electrical and technical service. Not as another general-purpose project tool, but around the way the work actually happens. WORK ORDERS Create a work order with customer, branch, owner and description - either linked to a project or as a standalone job. Follow it on the board from not planned to completed, or in list view with filters on status, owner and customer. SCHEDULED HOURS Assign hours to your technicians directly in the calendar. Every scheduled hour carries its own status, so you can see what has been done, what is in progress and what is slipping - without calling around to find out. CHECKLISTS Import a template so the technician works through the same points every time. Progress is visible on the work order, and the documentation is already in place when the job closes. TIME TRACKING Register time against a work order or a project - either as a quick entry in the field or the full form with stock type and approval. Hours can be passed on for invoicing. CUSTOMERS AND BRANCHES Customers are created with their company registration number as the customer number, and can hold any number of branches and contacts. Chain customers are held together with labels, so every address under the same chain is one click away. PROJECTS Group jobs, owners, members and documents under a single project with project type, deadline and status. ROLES AND PERMISSIONS Decide exactly who may view, create, edit and delete in each module. Partners and subcontractors can be given access to their own work and nothing else. CHAT AND CALENDAR Messages tied to the specific job, so agreements don't end up in private text messages.
