SecuAir Admin

SecuAir Admin is the on-site companion app for organisations running SecuAir attendance. It is the tool your administrators use to commission SecuAir Bluetooth modules, tune their coverage, and enroll employees — all from a phone,standing next to the hardware. This app is for organisation administrators. Employees do not need it; they use the separate SecuAir Employee app to mark attendance. REGISTER A DEVICE Scan a module's QR code, verify it over Bluetooth, and place it on the map with a geofence radius. Registration confirms the module is genuine and reachable before it goes live. SIGNAL AND COVERAGE CALIBRATION Stand near a module and start live ranging off its Bluetooth advertisement — the same signal the employee app reads. Walk the space to set the 1 metre reference and the zone boundary, then apply the transmit power and advertising interval that suit the site. Live distance, signal strength and stability are shown as you move, so coverage is tuned from measurements rather than guesswork. DEVICE MANAGEMENT See every module at a glance: online status, battery level, when it was last seen, its distance from you, and its configured radius. Open any module to adjust its settings, or view it on the map. EMPLOYEE ENROLLMENT Create an employee profile and capture their face on device. The app builds an encrypted biometric template locally and uploads only that template — the raw camera frames are discarded and never leave the phone. Enrollment status is visible for every employee, so gaps are easy to spot. RECOVERY AND DIAGNOSTICS Restore a module that has become unreachable using its MAC address. Turn on debug mode to record API calls, Bluetooth events and location fixes into an on-device trace log you can inspect or share with support. ACCESS CONTROL Sign-in requires an Admin or DeviceAdmin role on your organisation's SecuAir account. Administrators only ever see their own organisation's devices and employees.
