SavrSoft

Savrsoft is the operating system for a professional catering business. Take orders online, cost every menu, schedule the prep, and see the profit on each job before you send the quote. TAKE ORDERS WITHOUT A CONSULTATION Publish your menus as priced packages, then share one link. Clients answer a few questions — date, headcount, what they want, dietary needs — and it arrives as a fully specified quote request. You approve every one; nothing books itself and nobody is charged without you. Event managers, PAs and venues get their own portal. They book again without re-entering a thing, and every request records who the event is really for. A KITCHEN THAT KNOWS THE CLOCK Approve a menu and Savrsoft writes the mise en place: grouped by station, timed backwards from service, with anything cured, proved or set overnight flagged before the day rather than on it. Email it to your crew with a calendar file, or give them a login that shows the prep sheet and never the money. EVERYTHING ELSE YOU ALREADY DO • Cost recipes from your own price book, with food-cost percentage per dish • Import a recipe from any cooking site, or photograph a printed one • Per-event profit and loss: revenue, food, labour and supplies • FDA Big-9 allergens and a per-event allergen matrix • Guest RSVPs with meal pre-selection, so you get exact plate counts • Clients, leads and a sales pipeline • Staff rostering, run sheets and Banquet Event Orders • Purchase orders and stock by location • Branded proposals, contracts with e-signature and online deposits • Sync to QuickBooks or Xero BUILT FOR CATERERS Most catering software makes you choose between a costing tool, a CRM and an ordering system. Savrsoft is all of it, so you stop entering the same event into three products — and the order a client places on Monday is already a costed, scheduled job by Tuesday. WORKS IN 17 LANGUAGES English, Arabic, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish. VAT and GST are applied at the reduced catering rate for your country, with your tax registration number on every invoice. Savrsoft is a full service catering platform.
