Satota Field Force

Satota Field Force is the app companies use to run their field sales teams: sales representatives, merchandisers and their managers. It is the mobile app of the Satota Field Force platform; the office side runs in its web portal. You need an account from your employer to use this app. Accounts are created by your company's administrator; there is no self sign-up. If your company does not use Satota Field Force yet, write to [email protected]. Which features you see depends on what your company has switched on. ◆ For field staff • Attendance: check in and check out with a selfie and your location. The home screen shows your day at a glance. • Visits: plan your route, start a visit at a shop, record the outcome, notes and photos. • Orders: take orders with your company's prices, units (box, piece, square foot…) and schemes. The total is worked out on the phone. • Collections: record money received in cash, by cheque, bank deposit or mobile banking, with a receipt photo. • Expenses and leave: claim daily and travel allowances with bill photos, and apply for leave. • Add new retailers and projects; targets, notices, daily reports and complaints. • Works without internet: records are kept on the phone and reach the office when you are online. ◆ For managers • Who in the team is in today, who is on leave and who has not come in yet. • The field force by territory, with each person's last known position while on duty. • A team member's route for the day on the map, with the distance. • Approve leave, expense claims and journey plans; verify collections. • Reports: the day's summary, attendance, visits, collections, orders and more. ◆ Location and privacy • This is an employee management app: a business uses it to see its own field staff's location and work during working hours. Tracking starts only when the employee checks in, and a notification shows it the whole time. It is not for secretly monitoring anyone. • Your route is recorded only from check-in to check-out, within your working hours, with a notification on the whole time. Otherwise your location is taken only at the moment of a task such as a check-in, a visit, a new shop or a collection. The app does not ask for the "Allow all the time" (background location) permission. • Your company decides which features are on and sees your work records; Satota Technologies runs the service on its behalf. • No ads. No analytics or tracking SDKs. Your data is not sold. • Privacy policy: https://fieldforce.satotatech.com/privacy • Ask for your account or data to be deleted: https://fieldforce.satotatech.com/delete-account Works in Bangla and English. Satota Field Force is a product of Satota Technologies, Panchagarh, Bangladesh.
