Full description
Classic Spider solitaire, the two-deck patience card game, played at 1, 2 or 4 suits on a samurai war road through feudal Japan. Build runs from King down to Ace, raise eight banners in every deal, take the daily challenge, and march eighteen camps to the final battle: The Four Banners. A steel field, a single banner. You muster as a samurai recruit with one suit to command, and the drill yard knows no glory: stack the run clean, then stack it again. Earn your first banner and two suits march under you. A rival captain waits at the ford. Then four suits take the field, and no oath holds them. Four banners over one field. Hold your nerve, and the field is yours. Spider solitaire at 1, 2 or 4 suits • Two decks, 104 cards, ten columns. Build eight runs from King to Ace. • Every finished run flies off the table and raises a banner. Raise all eight to win. • 1 Suit to learn, 2 Suits for a real fight, 4 Suits for the legend. • Build down in any suit, but only a run of one suit moves together. • Out of moves? Deal ten new cards from the stock, one on every column. • Every deal is a fresh shuffle, so no two battles play the same. Play at your own pace • No score to chase: think as long as you like, and undo as often as you need. • Unlimited undo and redo, even after a run has cleared. • Drag a run, or tap it to send it where it fits. Auto-finish brings the last cards home. • Stuck? A hint shows a good move with a ghost card, or tells you to deal from the stock. • Show or hide the timer and move count as you like. The War Banners campaign • Eighteen camps: six of training on one suit, eight of war on two, four Legend trials on four. • Three camps on the road ask you to win that day's Daily Duel, on one or two suits. • Thirteen samurai war paintings change the table as you march. • Lose a deal and you deal again. The road keeps your place. A daily challenge at your banner • The Daily Duel is a daily spider solitaire challenge: the same deal for every player, at the suit count you play. • Win it day after day and keep your streak alive. Painted decks and card backs • Two painted decks from the first deal. Eternal Realms paints its kings, queens and jacks as generals, banner-bearers and the spider-weavers of a night battlefield; Twilight Elements paints fire, air, water and earth. • Twelve card backs and a table are yours from the start, among them Four Banners: four vermilion banners on a bone spider-web. • Clear the first camp and pick a Rare card back as a gift. • Win with a card back and its edge turns silver, then gold, then foil. The Card Store • Rare, Epic and Legendary card backs: Jorōgumo the spider-weaver, Kitsune Foxfire, Ryūjin Tide, Golden Dragon and more. • New tables to play on, from Indigo Felt to Castle Stone. • Collect a themed set of backs, such as Yokai Night or the Four Seasons, and win its table. • Climb five ranks from Ashigaru to Daimyo to earn backs no one can buy. Fair by design • Koban is earned by winning, and harder suits pay more. It buys backs and tables in the Card Store. • Backs and tables on sale can also be bought with money, as an optional purchase. • The Rare and Epic decks come with the Collector's Path, an optional purchase. • Everything you can buy is cosmetic. No energy and no wait timers. Play it your way • Four-colour suits, large or jumbo card numbers and a left-handed layout. • Reduced motion and statistics for every mode. • Plays on phones and tablets. Turn a tablet sideways for a wider field. A samurai card game for adults The war paintings are made for grown-ups: battle, blood, the dead on the field and an execution. A steel field, a single banner. Choose your banner.
