Full description
Classic Klondike solitaire, the patience card game everyone knows, dealt on a samurai road through feudal Japan. Play Draw 1 or Draw 3, take the daily challenge, and win your way through sixteen camps to the Warlord's Road, with painted samurai decks. A nameless road, a borrowed deck. You are a ronin with no lord and no coin, and the only way forward is the next deal you win. Camp by camp, from a river ford at dawn to a garrison of five hundred silent spears, you play toward the warlord's gate. At the last gate an old soldier deals slowly, and misses nothing. Klondike solitaire, the way you remember it • Seven columns, four foundations, one deck. • Draw 1 for a steady game, or Draw 3, the classic three-card draw, for a harder one. • Tap a card to send it where it fits, or drag it there yourself. • Unlimited undo, and auto-finish brings the last cards home. • Stuck? A hint shows you a move with a ghost card. Hints are unlimited. • Every deal is a fresh shuffle, so no two games play the same. The Ronin's Road • A solitaire campaign of sixteen camps in three stretches: The Discipline, The Wager and The Warlord. • At the Ronin's Wager the cards start coming three at a time. • Three camps on the road ask you to win that day's Daily Duel. • Thirteen dark paintings of samurai war and legend change the table as you travel. • Lose a deal and you deal again. The road keeps your place. One deal a day for everyone • The Daily Duel deals the same Draw 1 game to every player each day. • Win it day after day and keep your streak alive. Painted decks and card backs • Two painted decks from the first deal. Eternal Realms paints its kings, queens and jacks as dark, armoured samurai; Twilight Elements paints fire, air, water and earth. • Twelve card backs and a table are yours from the start, among them Warlord's Road: crossed katana behind a sacred rope. • Clear the first camp and pick a Rare card back as a gift. • Win with a card back and its edge turns silver, then gold, then foil. • Win and the cards cascade across the table in your deck's own art. The Card Store • Rare, Epic and Legendary card backs: Kitsune Foxfire, Gashadokuro, Ryūjin Tide, Raijin Storm and more. • New tables to play on, from Indigo Felt to Castle Stone. • Collect a themed set of backs, such as Yokai Night or the Four Seasons, and win its table. • Climb five ranks from Ashigaru to Daimyo to earn backs no one can buy. Fair by design • Koban is earned by winning, and it buys backs and tables in the Card Store. • Backs and tables on sale can also be bought with money, as an optional purchase. • The Rare and Epic decks come with the Collector's Path, an optional purchase. • Everything you can buy is cosmetic. No energy and no wait timers. Play it your way • Four-colour suits, large or jumbo card numbers and a left-handed layout. • Reduced motion, an optional timer and move count, and statistics for every mode. • Plays on phones and tablets. Turn a tablet sideways for a wider table. A samurai card game for adults The paintings are dark and made for grown-ups: battlefields, blood and suggestive figures. A nameless road, a borrowed deck. Deal the first hand.
