PEAKD! is an AI fitness coach that plans your training and your food around the life you actually have, then rebuilds that plan every week from what you actually did. YOUR PLAN, BUILT AROUND YOU A short interview covers your goal, your body, your schedule, the equipment you own, your injuries and any medical conditions. Your coach then writes a full week: workouts on the days you can train, a rest day with a 10 to 15 minute walk, and a meal plan to match. THREE SIZES FOR EVERY WORKOUT Main for a good day. Lite when you are short on time. Survival when the day has gone wrong. The Survival version still counts. That is the point: the plan bends so you do not quit. FOOD YOU ACTUALLY EAT Your meal plan is built from what you eat against a 9,065 item food database. Daily calorie and protein targets are calculated from your body and your goal, not guessed. Tick meals off as you eat them, search and log anything extra, or photograph a plate and let the coach log it for you. A COACH YOU CAN TALK TO Chat in plain language. "I only had one idli." "Move my push day to Saturday." "Swap the overhead press, my shoulder hurts." The coach logs your food, edits your plan, swaps exercises and answers questions about your week. Prefer to speak? Voice input works in 11 languages including Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi, using your phone's own speech recogniser. SAFETY THAT IS ENFORCED, NOT SUGGESTED Declare a knee injury and knee-loading exercises are removed from every plan you are given from then on, not just the first one. Declare high blood pressure, asthma, pregnancy or a heart condition and exercises are screened by what they do to your body, not by their name. Declare a peanut allergy and peanut dishes are filtered out of your meals and out of what your coach suggests. Where a match is uncertain, we leave it out. TRACK WHAT MATTERS Log sets, reps and weight, and watch your personal records move. Keep a streak that counts one real action a day, training or food. See rings for tasks done, calories eaten and calories burned. Track body weight with a projection that refuses to promise what it cannot deliver. BRING YOUR OWN PLAN Already following a program? Plans you import or build are never silently rewritten. EVERY WEEK, A CHECK-IN Your weekly stand-up shows what you finished and what you missed, asks why, and writes next week from your answers.
