Saggaf Staff

Saggaf Staff is the internal work app of Saggaf Eye Center. It is for the centre's own employees and requires a staff account — there is nothing here for patients or the public. It puts the work already done in the clinic's system on a phone, so reception, call centre, nursing and supervisory staff do not have to sit at a desktop to do it. WHAT IT COVERS • CRM — open leads, log calls and WhatsApp messages, move a lead through the pipeline, record services a patient is interested in. • Patient tickets — take a ticket through its whole life, from new to closed: assign it, reply, escalate, resolve. • Queue — see the live clinic queue, call the next patient, move a patient between rooms and stations. HOW ACCESS WORKS Each employee belongs to a category — Reception, Call Centre, Nurse, Supervisor and so on — and the category decides which apps and which screens appear. A person only ever sees the tiles their role grants, and a granted tile always opens a screen they can actually use. The app is a secure shell around the centre's own server. It talks to it over HTTPS only, stores no clinical data on the phone, and signs out with the account it was signed in with. Arabic and English throughout, with a right-to-left layout in Arabic. This app is not usable without an account issued by Saggaf Eye Center.
