Blockset is an interval timer built for the way real workouts are structured. Most interval timers lock you into one work time and one rest time, repeated. Blockset lets you stack blocks of intervals, each with its own lengths and repeats: 3 minutes run, 2 minutes recover, repeat 3 times, then 4 and 2, twice. Want two climbs back to back before you recover? Work doesn't have to be followed by rest.
