Rubelis

Rubelis is an intelligent dive log and situational-awareness companion designed for divers who want to understand more than depth and time. Record your dives, reflect on what happened underwater, discover patterns across your diving history, and use Rubelis AI to explore your dives with greater context. DIVE LOG Keep your diving history in one place with essential dive information including date, dive site, location, maximum depth, duration, gas, conditions and other available data. Manual dives can be recorded directly in the app. Supported dive-computer integrations may also be added as they become available. BEYOND REFLECTION A dive is more than numbers. Rubelis lets you record what you noticed underwater, including environmental changes, team awareness, task loading, unexpected events, decisions and what you want to notice differently next time. These reflections remain distinct from recorded dive facts. RUBELIS AI Ask Rubelis questions about diving concepts or explore your own recorded dives with contextual AI assistance. When appropriate, Rubelis AI can use relevant dive records, reflections and calculated insights to provide more meaningful responses. AI-generated information is intended for education and reflection. It does not replace formal dive training, a dive computer, manufacturer guidance or qualified professional judgment. INSIGHTS Rubelis looks for meaningful patterns across your recorded dives. Insights are designed around four clear categories: • Fact • Pattern • Reflection • AI Observation Rubelis does not reduce your diving to arbitrary scores. PROFESSIONAL DIVE APPROVAL A diver can send an individual dive record to a registered Rubelis Instructor or Dive Leader for review. If approved, the dive can retain traceable professional approval evidence including the professional’s Rubelis Professional ID and the factual dive information approved at that time. Professional approval through Rubelis does not guarantee acceptance by any diving federation, certification agency, dive centre or other organization. GROUP DIVES Not every diver owns a dive computer. Rubelis Professionals can create Group Dive sessions and share common dive information with participating divers. Divers always review the information before adding it to their personal log and can edit personal values where necessary. Shared dive information is not automatically considered professional approval. PDF DIVE LOG EXPORT Select dive records and generate a clean PDF dive log for saving, printing or sharing. Approved dives can include the associated professional approval information. Acceptance of digital dive records remains subject to the requirements of the receiving organization. FOR DIVE PROFESSIONALS Instructor and Dive Leader accounts include a dedicated Rubelis Professional Portal. Professionals can: • Create Group Dive sessions • Share dive information with participating divers • Review dive approval requests • Approve or reject submitted dives • Use a permanent Rubelis Professional ID and QR identity Rubelis Professional accounts are separate from normal diver accounts. PRIVACY AND CONTROL Rubelis is built around user-controlled data. You decide which dives to record, which reflections to add, which dives to submit for approval and which shared dives to accept. Rubelis does not contain advertising. Account deletion is available independently of subscription status. SUBSCRIPTION Diver access is offered through an auto-renewing subscription with eligible introductory trial options where available through Google Play. Subscription availability, pricing, eligibility and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Instructor and Dive Leader professional accounts are free. Rubelis is designed to help divers keep better records, notice more underwater and build a more meaningful picture of their diving over time. More than a logbook. A different way to see your dives.
