Les utilisateurs équipés de l’application PTI/DATI (Protection du Travailleur Isolé/Dispositif d’alarme pour Travailleur Isolé) doivent préalablement être déclarés sur la plateforme RTE Technologies pour utiliser cette application. Consultez notre site WEB pour plus d’information. Couplée à des terminaux adaptés (smartphones ou tablettes durcis), RTE Protect transmet automatiquement les situations de détresse. La position des personnes est communiquée, en cas d’alerte, via une positions GPS ou, en option, dans les bâtiments (Indoor, nécessite l’installation de balises). En cas de danger, le travailleur peut alerter son entreprise ou un service de télésurveillance en temps réel, volontairement via un bouton d’alarme, éventuellement déporté. Selon, la configuration souhaitée, l’application détecte automatiquement les situations anormales (immobilisme, chutes, choc), y compris lorsque le Smartphone est en veille. La sécurité positive indique à tout moment le niveau de protection de l’utilisateur. L’application se connecte à la plateforme RTE GEOmanagement hébergée par RTE Technologies et offrant un taux de disponibilité supérieur à 99,9% (24/24h, 7/7j). Votre call-center ou gestionnaire d’équipe est alerté en temps réel par SMS, email, appel téléphonique et via la plateforme en cas de problème.
