Access and update your business data on the go — leads, contacts, sales pipeline, support tickets, vendors and organizations — right from your phone. KEY FEATURES • Leads & Contacts – Capture new leads, update customer details and track every interaction. • Sales Pipeline – View and move deals through stages, and keep sales orders, invoices and payments up to date. • Customer Support – Manage support tickets and follow up with customers quickly. • Appointments & Activities – Plan your day, log follow-ups and never miss a task. • Projects – Keep track of project records and progress in the field. • Create & Edit Records – Add new records and edit existing ones with the same fields and rules as the web CRM. • Smart Search & Filters – Find any record fast with saved filters and advanced conditions. • Dashboard – See KPIs, charts and recent activity at a glance. • Email, WhatsApp & PDF – Send emails and WhatsApp messages from templates, and share PDF quotes directly from a record. • Call Logging & Caller ID – Identify CRM contacts on incoming calls and log calls against the right record. • Notifications – Get notified about assignments, workflow updates and reminders. ATTENDANCE & FIELD TRACKING Field teams can mark Day In, breaks and Day Out from the app. While an employee is on duty (between Day In and Day Out), the app records their location so administrators can view check-ins and travel routes.
