Routelink Driver

RouteLink Driver is the in-cab companion to the RouteLink fleet console. It gives the person actually driving the bus a short, uncluttered way to record what happened on the road — without paperwork, and without calling the office for every entry. WHAT DRIVERS CAN DO • See today at a glance — the route and bus the office has assigned, trips run so far, entries logged and money spent. • Start a trip against an assignment, confirm the starting odometer, and close it out at the end of the run. • Halt a trip or flag a bus that cannot continue, so the office sees the problem as it happens rather than at the end of the shift. • Log a refuel with litres, rate and odometer. Leave a field blank and the system reads the tank instead of assuming zero, so mileage stays accurate. • File an expense with a category, an amount and a photo of the receipt taken straight from the camera. • Review past trips and what went into them, read-only — corrections stay with the office. BUILT FOR REAL CONDITIONS Entries are typed at a pump forecourt on a patchy connection, so nothing clears until the server has actually accepted it. Sign in with a mobile number and password; the session is held in the phone's encrypted keystore. REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT RouteLink Driver works only for drivers of a fleet already running RouteLink. Your operator issues your login. It is not a general-purpose app and there is nothing to see without an account.
