PING keeps the classroom and the family in step. Teachers take the register in seconds. The moment a pupil is marked late, leaving early or absent, the parent is alerted straight away — no phone calls, no end-of-day surprises. FOR TEACHERS • Take the register for the lesson happening right now • Mark present, late, left early or absent with one tap • Send a PING about behaviour, focus or wellbeing • Route safeguarding concerns to the designated lead, never to the family • Log Qur'an memorisation, revision and homework • A permanent PING log of every alert you have sent FOR PARENTS • Know within seconds if your child is late or missing from a lesson • See the lesson, the time and the teacher behind every alert • Quiet notes for memorisation and homework — seen in the app, never waking your phone • Full history for every child you look after FOR THE SCHOOL OFFICE • Upload staff, classes, enrolments and the timetable • Publish term dates and closures • Teachers only ever see their own timetabled lessons Accounts are created by the school office. You will need a school email address to sign in.

What's new

Parents now get PING alerts even when the app is closed or the phone is locked. Times follow UK school time wherever you are, with an option in your account to show your own time zone. Teachers can now send PINGs from a web browser, and the school office has a new dashboard showing pupils who need attention. Plus fixes to school data uploads.
