Dipp'd Stock is the till-side app for a food business: stock counts, supplier orders, deliveries, takings and staff shifts, all in one place and shared live across every phone in the shop. STOCK Count what is on the shelf with one tap per case or half-kilo. Every change records who made it and when, so a discrepancy has an answer instead of a shrug. Items below their minimum are flagged automatically. ORDERS The app groups everything running low by supplier and drafts the order for you. Send it on WhatsApp in one tap, then mark it delivered when the van arrives and the stock is booked in for you. DELIVERIES Keep your standing orders in one place. Adjust next week's drop up or down and message the supplier without leaving the screen. TAKINGS Record cash and card at the end of the day, log anything paid out of the till, and photograph the receipt so the paperwork is done before you lock up. TEAM Staff clock in with a personal PIN. The phone stays read-only until someone is on shift, so nothing changes by accident, and every change is recorded against the person who made it. BUILT FOR A BUSY COUNTER Taps land instantly, even on a slow connection. Work made offline syncs as soon as the signal returns.
