Material Flow

Material Flow is order management for building material distributors — laminates, plywood, hardware, panels — whose orders arrive the way they really arrive: on WhatsApp. Your retailers keep ordering exactly as they do today. A typed list, a photo of a handwritten slip, a picture of a sample card, a voice note — Material Flow reads it, matches it against your own product catalogue, and drafts the order with quantities, routing instructions and delivery notes captured. Nothing is sent or billed on the AI's word alone: every order lands in review, where your order desk approves it with one tap. Your team stays in charge; they just stop retyping. FROM CHAT TO DELIVERY • WhatsApp inbox — every retailer group and chat in one place, with unread badges, flags for messages that need a person, and the full conversation history behind every order. • Smart intake — reads Hinglish, handwritten lists, photos of sample cards and voice notes. Stock questions get instant availability replies in the customer's own language; confirmations become orders. • Human approval — the order desk reviews and approves every AI-drafted order before anything moves. • Inventory — batch-level stock with a full movement ledger. Approving an order reserves stock; nothing oversells. • Billing — bills built from the order, with quantities frozen at dispatch. • Godown & packing — packing lists for the floor team, pack-together instructions preserved, photo proof of packing. • Dispatch — assign your own vehicle and driver or a delivery partner, track every dispatch, capture photo or video proof of delivery. • Returns — post-dispatch returns with credit notes, fully ledgered. • Branches — run multiple godowns or branches with per-branch stock, orders and reporting. • Roles — separate views for admins, order desk, godown managers and drivers, each seeing exactly what their job needs. BUILT FOR YOUR TEAM Your retailers install nothing and learn nothing new — they just message you on WhatsApp as always. Material Flow is the app for your side of the counter: the order desk, the godown, the drivers and the owner, all working from the same live picture of every order from first message to delivered. Material Flow is for distributor teams. Sign-in is by phone number, provided by your company.
