Coordinate breakdowns, intermodal repairs, maintenance, and field service with the context each team needs to act. REPORT THE ISSUE Capture the vehicle, service needed, symptoms, safety status, and location. Add photos, video, and documents so the service team can prepare. Drivers can follow job status and communicate with the people handling the repair. COORDINATE THE RESPONSE Fleet teams can manage incidents and maintenance, source providers, authorize service, and review invoices. Provider dispatchers can respond to requests, provide an ETA, assign technicians, and follow active work. EQUIP THE TECHNICIAN See assigned jobs and update availability. Move work through en route, arrived, started, paused, and completed states. Open directions, record diagnosis, labor, and parts, and keep updates connected to the job. KEEP THE TEAM CONNECTED Use the shared work-order conversation to coordinate across driver, fleet, provider, and technician roles. Optional per-job travel sharing gives authorized participants the latest reported position, update time, and accuracy. DOCUMENT THE FINISH Capture completion notes, photos, documents, and signatures. Keep estimates, invoices, and submitted evidence with the service record. Completed work remains available as a read-only record. YOU CONTROL LOCATION SHARING Location sharing is off by default, requires your permission, and is limited to an active event or assigned job. You can stop it manually. Access is limited to authorized work-order participants. A verified RideWrench business account or invitation is required. Any service payments relate to physical roadside or maintenance work.
