Karico: Gym Workout Tracker

Karico is the workout log you always wanted: fast during your session, honest about your progress, with just enough game to keep you consistent. AT THE GYM, ZERO FRICTION • Ready-made or custom plans with sets, rep ranges and rest times • Log every set in two taps: weight moves in your machine's real increments, no keyboard • Machine busy? Skip ahead and come back later • Rest timer always in view while you train • Karico remembers your last performance and tells you when to add weight THE JOURNEY (IF YOU WANT IT) An RPG-style map with 4 chapters and 200 levels. XP is earned one way only: by actually training. Every 5 levels a boss blocks your way with a real challenge — planks, pull-ups, running distance — and your journey resumes only when you defeat it. Medals, frames, titles and rewards to collect. Entirely optional: without the Journey, Karico is still your training app. CARDIO & NUTRITION • Running, cycling and walking with GPS, route map and pace • Food diary with barcode scanner and recipes • Weight goals and measurements, synced from Health Connect (smart scales) YOUR GYM, YOUR COMMUNITY Connect to your gym: board, leaderboard and challenges with the people who train beside you. In public you only appear under your nickname. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Automatic cloud backup, restore on a new phone, one-tap export and deletion. Location and Health Connect data never leave your phone. Karico Premium (optional subscription, monthly or yearly with a 7-day free trial) unlocks the pro tools: equipment variants, PDF reports for your personal trainer, AI export, meal routines, advanced stats and exclusive frames. Everything else is free, forever. Privacy Policy: https://hub.studioupweb.com/karico/privacy.html Terms of Use: https://hub.studioupweb.com/karico/termini.html
