RenfoPilote

Your AI strength coach, built for running. RenfoPilote builds your strength program around your real life, then adjusts it after every session based on how you felt. WHY STRENGTH TRAINING WHEN YOU RUN Boost your performance. A stronger runner spends less energy on every stride: that is running economy, the best-evidenced effect of strength training. Stronger legs mean more speed for the same effort, on the road as on the trail. Manage your load. Most running niggles come from a badly judged load: too much, too fast, too soon. RenfoPilote moves you forward at the right pace, adjusts every session to how you felt, and knows when not to load. That is what real prevention looks like. HOW IT WORKS You answer a few questions: the equipment you have (gym, home, nothing at all), how many strength days you want each week, from 1 to 7, how long your sessions should be, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, and your level, beginner, intermediate or advanced. Your 30-day program is generated straight away, session by session, in a calendar. Every exercise is video-guided, with its sets, its reps, its rest times and its intensity. After each session, you say how it went. Too hard, too easy, a niggle, no time: the rest of the program adjusts itself. That is where RenfoPilote parts ways with a fixed plan. After 30 days, you choose: carry on, switch to a different program, or drop exercises from it. What you reported along the way is carried over. WHAT YOU GET Dozens of exercises designed for runners, all video-guided Sessions of 30, 45 or 60 minutes, 1 to 7 times a week With or without equipment: gym, home, bodyweight Three levels, changing both the exercises and the dosage Reminders so you don't forget your sessions Content, exercises, dosage and progressions, reviewed by a sports physiotherapist who specialises in running WHO IT IS FOR For road and trail runners alike, from a first 10K to a marathon or an ultra, whether you are starting strength work from scratch or want to structure what you already do.
