ScrollZen:Reel Counter & Limit

ScrollZen is a reel counter and screen time awareness app that helps you track how many short videos you watch each day, set a daily reel limit, and turn mindful scrolling into a simple daily challenge. Do you open a short video feed for "just five minutes" and lose an hour? Many people have no idea how many short videos they actually watch in a day. ScrollZen makes that number visible, so you can decide for yourself how much is enough. AUTOMATIC REEL COUNTER ScrollZen counts supported short-video scrolling in the background while you use your selected apps. No manual tapping and no timers to start. Open ScrollZen any time to see your daily count, or use the floating counter bubble to keep your progress visible. SET A DAILY REEL LIMIT Choose a daily target that suits you, such as 50, 100 or 130 reels, and watch your progress throughout the day. Your limit is yours to choose and change whenever you want. DAILY LIMIT REMINDERS When you reach your daily limit, ScrollZen can send you a gentle reminder. You can continue using your apps if you choose, but you will know that you have reached your target. Awareness can help you understand and change your scrolling habits. REEL BATTLES WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY Turn scroll tracking into a friendly competition: Who watches the most short videos? Who watches the fewest? Who reaches their daily target first? Who stays within their daily limit the longest? DAILY PROGRESS AND SCROLL STATS Track your daily count, review your scrolling progress, and learn more about your short-video habits over time.
