Reebaplus POS – Point of Sales

Run your retail business smoothly—even when the internet goes down. Reebaplus POS is an offline-first, mobile point-of-sale app built specifically for retail stores, beverage distributors, supermarkets, bars, and multi-user businesses operating on a single shared till. Whether you are managing sales, tracking inventory, auditing expenses, or overseeing customer credit balances across multiple branches, Reebaplus POS keeps your entire retail loop secure, synchronized, and active without requiring constant internet connectivity. KEY FEATURES & CAPABILITIES • Offline-First Reliability with Live Sync Never lose a sale due to poor network coverage. Ring up orders, apply discount caps, adjust stock, and print receipts completely offline. The app caches all data locally and automatically syncs to the cloud in small, bandwidth-optimized chunks (under 25KB) once a connection is restored. • Secure Shared Till & Shift Management Designed for businesses where multiple cashiers share a single terminal. A quick "Who's working?" selector combined with secure, device-local 6-digit PINs keeps every action logged under the correct employee. An automatic inactivity timer locks the till, preventing unauthorized sales and identity mix-ups. • Customer Credits Balance & Debt Protection Say goodbye to handwritten credit notebooks. Maintain a digital ledger for registered customers as the single source of truth for debits and payments. Set custom debt limits per customer—if a sale pushes a customer past their approved limit, the system securely gates and blocks the transaction until resolved. • Dedicated Crate & Asset Tracking An onboarding-optional feature tailored for beverage distributors. Track empty-crate deposits, customer returns, and supplier returns directly from the POS and inventory interfaces. Keep a clear balance of physical crate counts separately from cash balances. • Comprehensive Inventory & Supplier Ledgers Manage products with retail and wholesale pricing tiers, monitor stock levels, and set alerts for near-expiry dates. Use the POS-style "Receive Stock" flow to check in products, calculate invoice totals, update supplier ledgers, and log returns automatically. • Role-Based Database Permissions Seed four default roles (CEO, Manager, Cashier, and Stock Keeper) out of the box. As the CEO, you can customize what each role is permitted to do using simple toggles in the Settings hub. Changes update instantly across all devices without needing a software update. • Multi-Store Operations & Stock Transfers Scale your business across multiple locations. Staff assigned to a store can view local inventory, while managers and CEOs can raise, dispatch, and confirm stock transfers between stores—including returnable crate transfers—with a full, readable transfer history. • Streamlined Expense Auditing Control your overhead costs. Cashiers can log shop expenses against predefined categories, which route through a pending-approval queue for Managers or CEOs. Monitor monthly expenses against set budgets per store to keep costs under control. • Business Reports & Daily Reconciliation Make data-driven decisions. Reconcile cash, digital transfers, and inventory values at the end of every shift. CEOs get exclusive access to profit metrics, supplier outstanding debts, activity logs, and approval queues for stock adjustments. • Thermal Printing & Shareable Receipts Connect to Bluetooth thermal printers directly from the checkout screen to print clean, professional receipts, or share them as digital images via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. • Safe Crash Safety Net Reebaplus POS is built to endure. Uncaught errors are intercepted by a global safety net, showing a calm notice to staff and logging the details to a synced crash database, ensuring the till keeps working.
