Essa Ledger is the business app of ESSA Energy Resources (Pvt) Ltd for its coal supply operations. It is for Essa staff and partners who have been given a login by the company. What staff can do: • Dispatch trucks from the F.S.D yard with bilty numbers generated automatically for each purchase order • Photograph loading and delivery kanta (weighbridge) slips with the phone camera • Record our kanta weight and the customer's kanta weight, and see the difference at once • Track inward trucks from Karachi and other loading points, and see coal stock at the yard • Create bilty PDFs with the receipt photo and share them on WhatsApp • Prepare 18% GST sales tax invoices with company letterhead and signature • Keep customer, supplier and transporter ledgers up to date Each role sees only what it needs. For example, yard staff do not see prices or money, and loading agents see only their own trucks. Logins are created by the company owner. There is no public sign-up.
