Built for freelancers, independent professionals and small businesses, with no account to create and no required subscription. INVOICES READY TO SHARE • Create an invoice with your business, client and products or services. • Personalize documents with your logo and colors. • Use automatic numbering or edit invoice references, with duplicate checks. • Choose between two layout templates. • Preview your PDF, then share or save your invoice. CHOOSE WHICH LINES ARE TAXABLE • Configure invoice taxes, including GST, QST, VAT and other taxes. • Choose whether the invoice's taxes apply to each line. • Save a default taxability setting for each product. • On invoices with taxable and non-taxable lines, the PDF marks non-taxable items and shows the tax calculation base. • Choose the invoicing currency that suits your business. LESS REPEATED DATA ENTRY • Reuse your product and service catalog. • Create a product while preparing an invoice and add it directly to a line. • Import a contact to fill in a client or business form, then review the details before saving. • Manage multiple businesses and prepare invoice batches with consistent forms and reusable templates.
