RadixHR ESS

RadixHR ESS is the employee self-service app for teams running on RadixHR. Clock in for your shift, check your payslip, request leave, and update your profile — all from your phone, in seconds. Built for employees, by an HR platform that actually understands work. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Clock in and out with one tap. Optional GPS verification keeps attendance honest when your company requires it. • Track your hours at a glance. The home screen shows working hours, breaks, and your week's progress in a clean dashboard ring. • Apply for leave in under a minute. See your live balance, tier-based encashment rates, accrual forecast, and a full transaction history before you submit. • View payslips for any month or year. Earnings, deductions, net pay, and year-to-date totals — with a one-tap PDF download you can email to a landlord or loan officer. • Request salary advances and watch the approval move through each step without chasing anyone over chat. • Submit expense claims with receipt photos and track reimbursement status. • Check the team calendar to see who's out before you book a meeting. • Read announcements from leadership and HR straight to your phone — push notifications mean you never miss one. • Update your profile, emergency contacts, and bank details for payroll deposit. • Access documents — handbooks, policies, and the files your company has shared with you. WHY EMPLOYEES LOVE IT Face ID & fingerprint login — sign in once, then unlock with biometrics. No more typing passwords on a phone with wet hands at the start of a shift. Works offline — clock in, view recent payslips, and queue requests even when the warehouse Wi-Fi drops. Everything syncs the moment you're back online. Push notifications that matter — leave approved, payslip ready, advance disbursed, attendance flagged. No noise, just the events that actually affect you. Fast and lightweight — built with modern React Native to feel like a native iOS app, not a web page in a wrapper. WHO IT'S FOR RadixHR ESS is for employees of companies already using the RadixHR HR platform. If your employer hasn't onboarded with RadixHR yet, you won't be able to sign in — point them to radixhr.com to get started. PRIVACY & SECURITY Your HR data is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Biometric data never leaves your device. Location is only requested when your company's attendance policy requires it, and only at clock-in. We don't sell your data, we don't advertise to you, and we don't track you across other apps. Questions, feedback, or trouble signing in? Tap Help inside the app or email [email protected] — a real person will get back to you.
