EmbroONE: Embroidery Job Work

EmbroONE is the daily work app for embroidery job-work units. It replaces the notebook, the challan book and the salary register with one simple app that the owner, the manager and the machine operators all use from their own phones. It is made for the shop floor: large buttons, few words, and every screen in English, Hindi or Gujarati. WHAT YOU CAN DO Design • Keep every design with its number, stitches, area and photos. • Save the needle setup for each design: thread, jari, sequins, colour codes and the vendor they come from. • Reuse a saved colour matching on a new design. Sales • Add your parties and take orders against their challan numbers. • See at a glance which orders are new, in production, partly delivered or delivered. • Make a delivery challan in a few taps, print it or share it. • Make an invoice from your challans, with GST (CGST + SGST or IGST) or without. • Record payments and see what each party still owes and how many days it is late. Production • See every machine and every shift on one Today board. • Log a shift in three taps: take a photo of the machine's screen and the app reads the numbers for you to check. Or type them in. • Track stitches, frames, thread breaks, running time and stopped time. • Get alerts when a shift is not logged or a machine stops for too long. Purchase • Take photos of a vendor's bill and the app reads the items, rates and GST for you to check and save. • Record what you paid each vendor and see what is pending. Payroll • Salary is worked out from the shifts each operator actually ran. • Record advances (upad), extra-pay shifts, bonus and cuts. • Print or share a salary slip, in English, Hindi or Gujarati. Reports • Sales, purchase, production and payroll reports for any month. • Print or share as a PDF. MADE FOR A TEAM • Each person signs in with their own mobile number and a 4-digit PIN. • The owner decides exactly what each person can see and do. An operator can log shifts without ever seeing rates, amounts or salaries. • One person can work in more than one unit and switch between them. GOOD TO KNOW • EmbroONE is for businesses. Your unit's owner or manager adds your mobile number before you can sign in. There is no public sign-up in the app. • The app needs an internet connection. • There are no ads and nothing to buy inside the app. EmbroONE is a product of Quebix Technology.
